Mahishi. a small village on the Shimoga- teerthahalli road..nearer to teerthahalli about 11 kms.... enrote to teerthahalli from Shivamogga..look for an arch on the left side....Mahishi is located at about 11 kms from the main road.a tranquil place to be.
the temple doors were already closed for the day even though we reached half hour prior to closing time. since there are not many visitors the priest must have gone home earlier 🙂🙂
