Soup Recipe
Heat oil/ghee. add jeera and pepper corn, followed by onion and garlic. once onions turn pink add walnuts/ cashew (optional), carrot, pumpkin, tomatoes..in that order. saute for 5 min. add water and a tb sp of milk(optional). once the veggies soften, turn off flame. after it cools down run in blender. heat the pulp adding sufficient water to turn it into the consistency you want. Top the soup with freshly cracked pepper. Serve hot with toasted bread. yumm..heaven!! my fav eng breakfastಲಿವರ್ problem, ಶುಗರ್, ಬಿ ಪಿ terrible combination...ಏನು ಅಡಿಗೆ ಮಾಡೋದು ಅಂತ ತಲೆ ಕೆರ್ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡ್ತಿದೆ.
