Grilled Sandwich

Need a pound of bread, butter, green chutney and potato Bhaji and a grill like mine (will post pic of sandwich grill at a later time). One of non-messy lunch box idea for kids. My girls are not kids anymore yet they love grilled sandwich to take to work/college
Butter the side of the bread that will come in contact with the grill. On the opposite side spread some green chutney top it up with a table spoon of Bhaji. Spread it evenly over the bread. cover with another piece of bread to which chutney is smeared and grill for 5 min or until it is golden brown. U can open the lid in between to see if it is done..:

last pic on my cell phone...:-))
Its great to carry on picnics too.
For the green chutney: A bunch of coriander leaves, 2 sprigs of Pudina (Mint) Leaves, 2 table spoons of fresh grated coconut, small piece of ginger, two pods of garlic (optional),small piece of tamarind, three green chillies and salt to taste. Grind all this together with just a little bit of water.
Pic from the net!

Sandwich is on top of
aavaraNa. :-)))

I thought I had a fairly good English vocabulary. Your post disillusioned me. I didn't know what sprig meant and looked it up and was dismayed to learn that it also meant
an immature person.:-))))
