just drop the sabudana vada batter into hot oil, in any which shape. once done and a bit cool put these in a paperbag. sprinkle peri peri powder and give a good shake. youngsters will like/enjoy these more. 👍

came across this you tube channel where Dr. Nene was teaching his boys on making sabudana vada. the boys are going abroad for their studies are learning to cook. it was quite cute.
