cook rice and let it cool.
chop onions, garlic, ginger , tomato, and the badanekayi.
heat oil, add jeerige. once it patpats, add karibevu followed by onion garlic ginger and tomatoes..saute for a while, add badanakeyi, salt , pinch of sugar..add 1/4 tsp adukale rasam pudi, chilli powder, turmeric powder , jeera-coriander powder...add some kasuri methi..saute...add bit of water..just a bit but enough to cook the badanekayi..cover and cook for five minutes. add the rice..mix well, check for salt..garnish with coriander leaves...ashte...😁😁👍
