ನೇಂದ್ರ ಬಾಳೆಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಪಂಚಾಮೃತ

ಒಂದು ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಕಳಿತ ನೇಂದ್ರ  ಬಾಳೆ ಹಣ್ಣು, ಅದರಷ್ಟೇ ಬೆಲ್ಲ. ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿ ದಪ್ಪ ತಳದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಓಲೆ ಮೇಲಿಡಿ. ಬೆಲ್ಲ ಕರಗಿ, ಪಾಕವಾಗಿ, ಬಟ್ಟಲಿನ ಸೈಡ್ ನಿಂದ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಮುದ್ದೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಹಾಗೆ, ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ, ತುಪ್ಪ ಬೆರೆಸಿ. ತಣ್ಣಗಾಗುವಾಗ ತುಪ್ಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರಿದ ಗೋಡಂಬಿ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿ, ಅಥವಾ ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೇಕಿದ್ದ nuts ನಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಿ

one overripe nendra variety banana. equal quantity jaggery. here i have used coconut sugar. u can blend it if u like. keep in a heavy bottomed pan. once the jaggery melts and becomes sticky and leaves the sides of the pan, add cardamom powder, two tea sp ghee. once it cools down decorate with nuts if your choice.
