Cut sweet pineapple pieces and put them in potable water. Add salt and slit green chillies.
Let them soak in the water for atleast half an hour before you eat the pineapple pieces. You can store these for three days max. Just squeeze the pieces and have them..
We came across these in kerala and now we are fans enough to make them at home. It is fun and refreshing in the summers though you can have them anytime you want 😊❤️
You can add black salt and pepper to make it peppy
Winter in bengaluru is my favorite season. In winter we have oranges and Kinnows. I have a glass of orange/kinnow juice almost everyday. Kinnows are somehow cheaper than Nagpur oranges. Our mobile spar hypermarket sells them cheap.
May be this citrus fruit is the secret to my exceptional good health. TOUCHWOOD
I use fresh juice as is, sometimes with sugar...but mostly with Sprite. Other than tender coconut, sprite my favorite drink, the Only junk food i let in my life.oh! (Not to forget maggi)
I use orange/kinnow juice , black salt, pinch of salt and sprite most often..some times plain soda.
If you enjoy an alcoholic drink once in a while, add a table spoon of flavored gin to the above concoction.
Use mint floaters or salt the rim of the glass

If you have some spare time and nothing better to do...throw a handful of mustard seeds in a pot. Watch them grow. Study the green coloured plant. Once it flowers..enjoy ther yellow colouring and how beautifully it contrasts with the leaves. The beauty when the sun lights it up. Soon the flowers will be replaced with pods full of mustard. Dry them in sunlight. Rub it between your palms and blow the seed pods away...you will have mustard. You can use it to season your food..or use it as a natural colourant on your clothes and art.
Use mustard leaves in a combination with methi leaves and some sore leaves like sorrel/ chakotha/ bathua and make some sarson da saag..top it with butter and serve with makki roti..
Mustard generates heat in the body and is usually consumed/ served in hilly regions during winter. To balance the heat it is generally accompanied with butter and jaggery

Tip : if you find it hard to roll out makki rotis just pat the dough in plantain leaf or parchment paper
Pineapple slices , the middle portion scooped..add salt and chilli powder and grilled
Fill the centre with vanilla icecream scoops, decorate with pistachios, cherries and aliv micro green

ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದ ಬುತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಉಂಡು,ಕಿಟಕಿಗೆ ತಲೆಯಾನಿಸಿದವನಿಗೆ ರೈಲಿನ ಓಲಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಅದ್ಯಾವಾಗ ನಿದ್ದೆ ಬಂತು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಚ್ಚರವಾದಾಗ ಕಂಪಾರ್ಟ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ರಾತ್ರಿಯ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಬಲ್ಬ್ ಹತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು.
ಬ್ಯಾಗಿನಿಂದ ಹೊದಿಕೆ ತೆಗೆಯಲು ಎದ್ದಾಗ...ಮೇಲಿನ ಬರ್ತ್ ನಿಂದ ಹೊದಿಕೆಯೊಳಗಿನಿಂದ ಒಂದು ಕಾಲು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಕಿದ ಮದರಂಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಫಳ ಫಳ ಹೊಳೆಯುವ ಕಾಲ್ಗೆಜ್ಜೆ, ರೈಲಿನ ವೇಗಕ್ಕೆ , ಆ ರಾತ್ರಿಯ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಚೆಂದವಾಗಿ ತೂಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.
ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನಿದ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಖಾತ್ರಿಪಡಿಸಿ, ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ನ ಸದ್ದು ಮ್ಯೂಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿರಿಸಿ ಒಂದು ಫೋಟೋ ತೆಗೆದ....ಚಕಚಕನೆ 5 ಸಾಲಿನ ಪದ್ಯ ಬರೆದು, ಫೋಟೋ ಸಮೇತ ಫೇಸ್ ಬುಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿದ. ಹಾಕಿದ ಒಂದೇ ನಿಮಿಷಕ್ಕೆ 2 ಲೈಕ್ ಬಂದಾಗ ಒಂದು ಕ್ಷಣ ಸಿಟ್ಟು ಬಂತು, ಮೂರು ನಿಮಿಷದ ಕವನ ಇಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ಹೇಗೆ ಓದ್ತಾರಪ್ಪ ಅನಿಸಿತು..ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ಛೇ ಮೊದಲು ಚಿತ್ರ ನೋಡಿ ಆಮೇಲೆ ಕಾಮೆಂಟ್ ಮಾಡ್ತಾರೆ ಅಂದು ಕೊಂಡು...ಪುನಃ ಒಂದು ಸಲ ಎಡಿಟ್ ಒತ್ತಿ, ಬರೆದುದರಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಕರಣದ ತಪಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂತ ಖಚಿತ ಪಡಿಸಿ..'ಏಹ್ ತೋ ಟ್ರೈಲರ್ ಹೈ ಪಿಚರ್ ಅಭಿ ಬಾಕಿ ಹೈ' ಅಂತ ಸೇರಿಸಿ.done ಒತ್ತಿದ.. ಬೇರೆಯವರ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಣ್ಣಾಡಿಸಿ, ಲೈಕ್, ಲವ್ವು, ವಾವ್ವು ಒತ್ತಿ ತನ್ನ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಗೆ ಮರಳಿದಾಗ ಮೊದಲು ಲೈಕ್ ಹಾಕಿದವರ ಕಮೆಂಟ್ ಕೂಡ ಕಾಣಿಸಿತು.. 'waiting for the full picture' ಅಂತಿತ್ತು
ಫೋನ್ ಪಾಕೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟು ಆತ ನಿದ್ದೆಗೆ ಜಾರಿದ. ಬೆಳಗಿನ ಜಾವ ಎಚ್ಚರವಾದಾಗ ಆ ಸುಂದರ ಪಾದದ ಹುಡುಗಿ ರೈಲಿನ ಕಿಟಕಿ ಬಳಿ ಕೂತಿದ್ದಳು. ಬೆಳಗಿನ ಚೊಚ್ಚಿಲು ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಬೆಳಕು ಆಕೆಯ ಮುಖದ ಪಕ್ಕದ ಕೂದಲಿಗೆಲ್ಲ ಗೆಲ್ಲ ಹೊ0ಬ್ಬಣ್ಣ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಕಂದು ಬಣ್ಣದ, ಕಪ್ಪು ಕಾಡಿಗೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ದುಂಬಿಗಳಂತೆ ಅತ್ತಿತ್ತ ಸಾಗುವ ಹೊರ ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ದುಪಟ್ಟಾ, ಮುಖಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಸ್ಕ್...ಆದರೂ ಅವಳು ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವತಿ ಎನ್ನುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಮಾತು ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಿಟಕಿಗೆ ಆನಿಸಿದ , ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಹೆಚ್ಛೆ ಇದ್ದ ಬಿಳಿವರ್ಣದ ಕೈ ಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಬಳೆಗಳು, ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ಮೆಹಂದಿ ಇಂದ ಇನ್ನು ಕಳೆ ಕಳೆ ಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಬಹುಶಃ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಮದುವೆ ಯಾಗಿರ ಬೇಕು...ನೀಳ ಬೆರಳುಗಳು, ಒಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಗಾರದ ಉಂಗುರ. ಅವಳ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಆಸ್ವಾದಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ನಿದ್ದೆಗೆ ಜಾರಿದ.
ಪುನಃ ಎಚ್ಚರವಾಗಿದ್ದು..ಚಾಯ್ ಗರಂ, ಮಸಾಲಾ ಚಾಯ್, ಚಾಯ್ ಗರಂ ಎನ್ನುವ ಸದ್ದಿಗೆ..ತನಗೂ ಚಾಯ್ ನ ಆವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಮನವರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿ, ಕಷ್ಟ ಪಟ್ಟು ಕಣ್ಣು ತೆರೆದಾಗ ಎದುರಿನ ಹುಡುಗಿ ಆಗಲೇ ಚಾಯ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು, ತನ್ನ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಕೈ ಬ್ಯಾಗ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನೋ ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು..ಪಕ್ಕದ ಬರ್ತ್ ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಆಕೆಯ ಗಂಡನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನೋಡಿದರೆ, ಅವನ ವಿಕಾರವಾಗಿ ತೆರದ ಬಾಯಿ, ಗೊರಕೆ ನೋಡಿ, ಥೂ ಶುದ್ಧ ಅರಸಿಕ ಅಂತ ಅಂದು ಕೊಂಡ ಈತ. ಪುನಃ ಆಕೆಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಕಣ್ಣು ಹೊರಳಿಸಿದಾಗ..ಆಕೆ ಬಿಸ್ಕತ್ ಪೊಟ್ಟಣ ತೆರೆದು, ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿಸಿದಳು...ಈತ ನಿಗೆ ಆಘಾತ...ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡಿದ್ದು ಮೊಂಡು ಮೂಗು, ಹಲ್ಲುಬ್ಬು ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸೆ...ಅವಳ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವನ್ನೇ ತಿಂದು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದವು.
ಚಾಯ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಪುನಃ ಮುಸುಕು ಎಳೆದು, ಬೆನ್ನು ತಿರುಗಿಸಿ ಮಲಗಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟ
ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಎಫ್ ಬಿ ಯಲಿ ಚಿಂ, ಪಿನ್ ,ಟಿಂಗ್ ಅಂತ ಲೈಕು, ಕಾಮೆಂಟ್ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಸಾಗಿದ್ದವು
