1 cup insta gulab jamun mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 overripe nendra banana
1 tsp ghee
Grind together sugar and banana to a smooth paste
Add g j mix and make a soft pliable dough. Smear ghee to palms and make balls
Deep fry on a low flame till golden brown
Serve with icecream
Decorate with microgreens of your choice
