niha wanted to go to some water body...i suggested madiwala lake, but she wanted to go a new place.
i had seen this ಕೆರೆ on many occasions while delivering cakes with akka. i remembered seeing the name 'sarakki kere' but was not sure. on googling i found i was right. so there we were! we enjoyed the cool evening, a beautiful sunset and sounds of rippling water. the hordes of kappakki returning to their nests forming a 'v' shape. it was a time well spent, thanks to Niha
i enjoy going out with girls , but since his illness he needs somebody at home. so either of the girls accompany me and.on weekends i encourage them to go out!! we have to compromisr on many things...

I indulged in some solo activities. I opened all the windows and balcony doors, letting in the fresh air and sunshine I tended to my plants, enjoyed some music, watched my favorite shows, and even baked a bread
this was all that was left for me..girls enjoyed the bread immensely. (whole wheat bread)
As a nature lover, I thrive on sunlight, breeze, and the elements. However, due to his health issues, we often have to compromise. During our hospital visits, he's always bundled up and prefers the windows closed and the AC off. This has taken a toll on me, and I've lost a couple of kilos. Feeling cooped up isn't my thing, but I'm grateful for small joys.

ಈ ಗಿಡ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದಾಗ ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್ ಗಿಡ ಅಂದು ಕೊಂಡೆ.. ಎಲೆ ನೋಡಿದ್ರೆ ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್ ಎಲೆಗಳ ತರಹ ಅನ್ನಿಸ್ತು. ಹೂ ಬಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಫೋಟೋ ತೆಗೆದು ಗೂಗಲ್ ಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಗೆ ಹಾಕಿದ್ರೆ ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್, ಕಳೆ, ಬಡಿಸೋಪ್ (fennel) ಅಂತೆಲ್ಲ ತೋರಿಸ್ತು. ಈಗ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಬೀಜ ಗಳು ಹುಟ್ಟಿವೆ. ಕೆಲವು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೈ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಜ್ಜಿದೆ. ಅದು ಅಜವಾಯಿನ್...🙂
ಲಿವರ್ ತೊಂದರೆ ಇದ್ದವರಿಗೆ ಆಗಾಗ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆ ನೋವು ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಕಾಣಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡುಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಾ ಹಿಂಗು, ಜೀರಿಗೆ, ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಮೊನ್ನೆ ಮೆಟ್ರೋ ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ & ಕ್ಯಾರಿ ಗೆ ಹೋದಾಗ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ಯಾಕೆಟ್ ಅಜವಾಯಿನ್ ತಂದಿದೆ. ಬಾಟಲಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಿಸುವಾಗ ಕ್ರಲವು ಕಾಳುಗಳು ಬಿದ್ದವು. ಅವನ್ನು ಪಾಟ್ ಗೆ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಗಿಡ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದೆ. 🙂🙂
ಜನ ಎಲ್ಲ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪತ್ರೆ ಗಿಡಕ್ಕೆ ಅಜವಾಯಿನ್ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ ಅಂತ ತಪ್ಪು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
